your account? Well, you can have it all. Simply by using the ACCESS24 Telephone
Teller, your banking is quick, safe, convenient and EASY.
Here is a list of the types of transactions available on Access24:
- Obtain Loan balances
- Obtain Share balances
- Hear which checks have cleared
- Transfer money within your account or to another account *
- Make a loan payment
- List the most recent deposits and withdrawals
- Get current or previous year tax information
Follow these EASY steps and make the most of what your Credit Union has to offer:
- Pick up any touch-tone telephone
- Dial 617-846-1226 and press extension 1, then press 1 again after the automated attendant answers.
- Enter your account number and press the pound (#) key.
- Enter your Personal Identification Number (PIN) and then press the Pound (#) key.
- The attendant will prompt you to "Enter a transaction code followed by the pound (#) key, or press the pound (#) key for a list of transaction codes."
* transferring money between suffixes is allowed. But, transferring between
accounts requires the signatures of all primary and joint owners. A form is
available at Member Services and is called a Non-Primary Linking Form. The
Non-Primary Transaction menu is the same as the one above, but each code is
preceded by the number "6" (e.g. a transfer to another account would be 678#).
